THE BUREAU HAS A BOARD MADE UP OF A CHAIRMAN AND TEN OTHER MEMBERS

 The Administration of the Bureau is headed by the Secretary who oversees the three operational departments; namely: The Assets Declaration, Investigation and Monitoring and Education and Advisory Services.  And the one service department: Administration and Finance. 

The Secretary also oversees the legal as well as audit units and the Bureau Information system which manages the millions of Asses Declaration forms in the custody of the Bureau. 

The Department of Administration and Finance has three divisions, namely: Personnel; Budget and General services; and Finance and account.  Assets Declaration Department has two divisions namely: Federal operations and States and Local Government operations.  The Investigation and Monitoring Department has Investigation and Monitoring divisions, while department of Education and advisory Services has training; Research and Advisory Services as well as public enlightenment divisions.

 All departments are headed by Directors.
