Executive Secretary Briefings: Corruption, the greatest single bane of our society today, will be tackled head-on at all levels. Corruption is incipient in all human societies and in most human activities.
The mandate of the Bureau as provided is “to establish and maintain a high standard of morality in the conduct of government business and to ensure that the actions and behaviours of public officers conform to the highest standard of public morality and accountability”.
Public Enlightenment: The Bureau as part of its public enlightenment has a TV programme titled “Reflections” and a Radio programme “Town crier”

Code of Conduct for Public Officers: The Code of Conduct for public officers is spelt out in the 1999 constitution fifth schedule, part I which is to establish and maintain a high standard of morality in the conduct of Government business

Press Briefings: As required of every government organisation annually, the Code of Conduct Bureau presented its Press Briefings occasionally.

The Code of Conduct Tribunal has set April 26, 2006 for ruling on whether it has jurisdiction to hear the case of operation of foreign bank account by Governor Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State. The Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Constance Rekhia Ayashe Momoh made this known at her maiden sitting at the Tribunal on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 in Abuja.
